Iniziamo questa giornata con un post un po' ironico!!!
Un anno fa circa ho aperto il mio shop su Etsy ( poi ve ne parlerò più approfonditamente ) e tra i vari consigli che ho letto online, c'era anche quello di inserire tra le foto descrittive di un articolo almeno una foto con il gioiello indossato.
Ed è stato qui che è iniziato il mio rapporto di odio e amore con i selfie, ovvero gli autoscatti!!
Ora finché si tratta di fotografare anelli fare le foto alla propria mano non è troppo difficile, ci tengo ad avere le mani sempre curate (da sempre... ma adesso ancora di più per via dei video in cui sono protagoniste) , basta fare un po' di attenzione nella posa affinché non appaia innaturale tipo "mano fratturata" per volgersi all'obiettivo, o tozza o gonfia o malamente appoggiata su qualche superficie impropria... ma dovendo fotografare soprattutto ciondoli e collane qui vengono i dolori!
Non disponendo di una modella e trovando estremamente tristi le foto su "colli" e manichini (avevo persino comprato un manichino giocattolo da ikea !) ho dovuto "ripiegare" su me stessa.
La location? Casa mia... nei punti più "neutri" possibili ( perché ci tengo alla mia privacy ), il negozio e a volte per questione di luce, il mio balcone ... e non so se i dirimpettai mi hanno preso per folle o narcisista/egocentrica o bimbaminkia che si fa gli autoscatti per Facebook :D
Insomma una volta cercati i vestiti adatti (i più semplici possibili per far risaltare i bijoux), sistemato alla meglio trucco e capelli (e in quei momenti avrei voluto avere un canale di make up invece che di diy!), individuato il mio profilo migliore (si fa per dire ...) e capito come stendere il mio braccio tipo tiraemmolla, ho iniziato a scattare. Peccato che mi devo modernizzare con quei bastoni estensibili (mi sfugge il nome tecnico) su cui attaccare la fotocamera, perché mi sarei risparmiata un po' di doloretti di schiena e cervicale, sapete com'è ... l'età avanza!! Ahahahah
Poi per fortuna esistono i santi programmi di fotoritocco, prima utilizzavo photoshop, poi da quando sono passata a Mac (un altro pianeta!) ne uso uno online, picmonkey, lo trovate a questo link:

Con questo programmino posso regolare luminosità, contrasto, saturazione dei colori, bilanciamento del bianco .... ma soprattutto .... posso dare gli effetti speciali di con sfocature e sfumature e tattiche zone d'ombra lì dove serve .
Tipo :
non mi andava di truccarmi : sfumiamo e diamo effetto sfocatura su tutto il viso!
non mi andava di sistemarmi alla perfezione i capelli : oscuriamo tutta la zona in cui appaiono disordinati!
non avevo a disposizione una maglietta senza disegni: eliminiamoli in foto o convertiamo i loro colori con quelli coordinati alla collana!!!
il viso non è proprio presentabile né ritoccabile : ruotiamo la foto e facciamo un taglio ad hoc... mostrando solo dal mento in giù!
E si possono pure eliminare un pochino le occhiaie e i rossori sulle guance
(vi confesso che al naturale sono tipo Heidi!)
Quindi dopo il restauro generale del viso, dopo aver fatto una marea di autoscatti tra cui vado a fare una cernita scegliendo i pochi in cui mi vedo ... meno peggio, dopo aver fatto a botte con la mia autostima & riservatezza, passo al fotoritocco e quindi finalmente pubblico le foto.
Propongo quindi premio a chi vorrà "immolarsi" come me per archidee : se mi mandate un selfie con un gioiello acquistato da me (o con un gioiello realizzato da voi con uno dei miei componenti), autorizzandomi a pubblicare la foto, al prossimo ordine avrete la spedizione gratuita!!!
Un paio di trucchi spiccioli sulla posa se fotografate una collana : sporgetevi in avanti e non tirate il collo indietro tipo tartaruga altrimenti avrete millemila pieghe sotto al mento, non mettetevi in un punto dove avrete il sole in faccia (tipo io alla quinta foto) altrimenti strizzerete gli occhi (ma facciamo finta che sia per avere un'espressione più interessante!) , mettetevi davanti a uno sfondo neutro perché la foto con dietro la cucina o la libreria piena di ninnoli... non è il top!!!
Poi se non siete pratiche nel ritoccare la foto e volete ugualmente partecipare a questa iniziativa, ditemelo, ritoccherò io la foto per voi, scommettiamo che vi farò apparire più belle??
(Male che vada vi taglio la testa!!! Ahahahah)

About a year ago I opened my own shop on Etsy and from the various tips I've read online, there was also one that indicate to include in the descriptive photos of an item at least one photo with the jewelry wear on .
And it was here that started my love-hate relationship with Selfie or self-portraits !!
Now as long as it is to photograph the rings make the photos to your hand is not too difficult, I like to take care of my hands (as always ... but now even more so because of the video in which the hand are protagonists), just do a little attention in the pose that does not appear unnatural kind "broken hand" to turn the lens, or too short or swollen or badly placed on any improper surface ... but making photograph with pendants and necklaces... here comes the pain!
Not having a model and finding it extremely sad pictures of "neck display" and mannequins (I even bought a mannequin toy from Ikea!) I had to "fall back" on myself.
The location? My house ... in the most "neutral" scenery as possible (because I want my privacy), my store, and sometimes as a matter of light, my balcony ... and I do not know if I can appear as a narcissist / egocentric girl that makes self-portraits for Facebook when neighbors look at me :D
So once you have searched the right clothes (as simple as possible to bring out the jewelry), arranged to best make-up and hair (and in those moments I wish I had a make-up channel instead of DIY!), I found the best profile (so to speak ...) and figured out how to stretch my arm, I started to shoot.
I have to modernize my camera with those extension poles (can't remember the technical name) on which I can hang the camera, because I would have saved a little of back and neck pains, you know how it is ... I get older !! Ahahahah
Then, fortunately, there are saints editing programs, I used Photoshop before, then when I switched to Mac (another planet!) I am using a online PicMonkey, can be found at this link:

With this program I can adjust brightness, contrast, color saturation, white balance .... I can give special effects with blurs and tactical nuances and gray areas where it is needed.
Kind of:
I didn't want to wear makeup: let's give blur effect all over my face!
I didn't want to settle down to perfection my hair: let's obscure the whole area in which they appear messy!
I wear a T-shirt with designs: let's erase them in photos or convert their colors to coordinate with the necklace !!!
My face is not quite presentable not adjustable: rotate the picture and make a cut ad hoc ... showing only from the neck !
And you can even eliminate a little bit dark circles and redness on the cheeks
(I confess that my natural cheeks are like Heidi!)
So after the general restoration of the face, after doing a lot of self-portraits in which I am going to make a selection by choosing a few, after a fight with my self, I start editing and then finally public photos.

A trick or two before you photograph a necklace: extend your neck forward, don't pull back the neck turtle type , don't stay in a place where you will have the sun in your face (as me in the fifth photo) otherwise you'll have eyes as little fessures (but let's believe that it is to have a more interesting expression!), stand in front of a neutral background for the photo, with the kitchen or bookcase behind you ... is not the top !!!
Then if you have no confidence with photo editing and you still want to participate in this initiative, tell me, I'll edit the pictures for you, we bet that I will make you look more beautiful ??
(At the very least I will cut your head off !!! Ahahahah)
